3. No Fee to Borrowers

Our advisory service is completely free to borrowers. We receive a referral fee from banks upon successful loan disbursement. The same fee applies regardless of which bank you choose, ensuring unbiased advice.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided on this website. You should always verify rates directly with the bank before committing to a loan.

5. Governing Law
